A member of Gîtes de France Gironde since 1977, I welcome you to the Port de By gîte, nestled between the Gironde estuary, the Médoc vineyards, the maritime pine forest and the long ocean beaches. You can choose to cross with your vehicle by the Royan/Le Verdon ferry (33 km) or Blaye/Lamarque (44 km). In winter, its fireplace with wood provided, offers you cozy comfort. In mid-season, its veranda (32 m²) is the ideal place and in sunny days, its protected terrace will be your place of relaxation and conviviality. I invite you to come and discover our Médoc region and its assets! The house has a large enclosed garden with electric gate, a terrace (8mx4m) with electric awning (€90 deposit, remote control of the gate, television and electric awning). 2 sun loungers. The house is composed of a kitchen (microwave), a dining room with living room, two bedrooms (2 double beds), a bathroom (hairdryer), a toilet. Electric heating. You can opt for the end-of-stay cleaning package (€80/hour). SHEETS AND TOILET LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED. If necessary, you can request to use the tumble dryer, at the bottom of the garden in the old stables where the owner lives. A deposit check of €80 will be requested for cleaning.
