This cozy, (1,474 sq. ft.) cabin has it all! Its prime location with fairway views is a convenient short walk or bike ride to the Glaze Meadow Recreation area (on level terrain). Walk through door into this welcoming home and let the Ranch ambiance and relaxing vibe take you away.

Tiered decks and an upstairs balcony, the primary takes advantage of the great views of the 7th Glaze Meadow Fairway. Lots of outdoor furniture and an eating area and gas BBQ make relaxing evenings with friends and family at BBR memorable.

GM#132 has a lovely foyer that opens to the light and bright, open living, dining and kitchen. There is a King bedroom off of the entry and a queen bedroom with a twin pull-out trundle. Both bedrooms share the downstairs bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

The living area has a large flat screen television and a wood burning fireplace for those crisp evenings. Relax on updated and comfortable furniture. You're welcome to use the extensive library of tapes and books. The dining table will seat up to 8 and the kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and is well stocked. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen and a single car garage.

The queen master suite is upstairs and has a deck balcony.

You will love the décor, comfort and location of this adorable cabin. Close proximity to BBR amenities couldn't be more convenient. The indoor pool of Glaze Meadow (open year round) and the outdoor pool, bike rentals, workout area, hot tub, sports shop, snack and coffee bars, kid's playground, spa, tennis, basketball court, bocci ball and pickle ball are all just a short walk away.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent, love staying right on the golf course. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean upon arrival, and everything was in great shape. We did have an issue with the garage roll up door not being able to be unlocked upon our arrival. But a call to maintenance, and it was taken care of the next day. Only a couple of things that would cause me to consider other houses at Black Butte Ranch: I should have read the listing better, but this house does not have bikes. Every other house we have rented at BBR has had bikes. So I had to rent a bike at Glaze Meadow bike shop for the week. And it is a small thing, but the house did not have any shampoo or body lotion. There was a bar of soap in each bathroom but that's it. Again, it's a small detail, but for the nightly rate, I can't imagine why shampoo/conditioner/body lotion would not be included in each bathroom.
