Beautiful 1200 sq feet, three bedroom Cottage at LaCasa resort gated community. **Brand new AC unit just installed in 2023** One bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom on the entrance level, two bedrooms- one with a queen bed and a deck attached , and another with two sets of twin bunk beds**(note:the TOP BUNKS are for CHILDREN ONLY)**. This cottage has four amazing decks to enjoy the Kelowna weather on. Sunshine in the morning on the back upper or lower decks with a view of lake Okanagan, and a beautiful sunset view on the front upper and lower level decks!
The cottage is 30 minutes to Kelowna and 30 minutes to vernon.
Fully furnished , AC , WIFI, Cable . Boat launch. Comes stocked with body wash, and shampoo if you need it.
The cottage is a two minute walk from the upper level pool, that has plenty of seating and a hot tub. Across the street is a forest great for nature walks. There is ATV and dirt bike access just outside the main entrance of LaCasa. The middle level has a pool, two hot tubs, a park, mini golf (equipment is all there), beach volley ball , two tennis courts, a general store which has a restaurant and cafe, yes they sell alcohol there. The lower level has beach access, although it is a bit rocky, for when you want to take a swim in the lake or put your boat in the water.
Fintry is a five minute drive away, it also has a nice beach and a boat launch.
