Located just 45 minutes north of Nanaimo, near Bowser, is picturesque Deep Bay. Our stylish beachfront home is located 2 km off Highway 19 and uniquely situated near the end of Deep Bay spit. The property is 100 feet of walk-on ocean beach front and offers spectacular views of Baynes Sound, Chrome Island Lighthouse and Denman Island.
The house has been completely renovated and is fully furnished. A spacious living room takes in the spectacular ocean views, and is tastefully decorated with a large leather sectional facing a 50-inch flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a new stainless appliance package including stove, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge with water and ice maker, and a large dining table. The home offers three bedrooms, two with comfortable king size bed and one with two double beds. The newly renovated master bedroom faces the ocean and has access to the front patio. The renovated five-piece bathroom features dual sinks. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer as well as a single bed.
Additional amenities include a WIFI, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, cable TV, DVD player, and a variety of board games. All linens and towels are included.
The property offers several outdoor spaces to spend your day and take in the awe-inspiring sunsets and sunrises. Star gazing is amazing too! At low tide, a sandbar extends in front of the property providing the perfect spot for exploring the beach.
