The Mallory Beach community is known as Ontario's 'Hamptons' and resides on the stunning Colpoy's Bay Niagara Escarpment ridge-line. It has long been the home to many of the Peninsula's elite, with sprawling shoreline mansions, boat launches and private lots. It was originally founded by sailors who docked in the safe harbour of Colpoy's Bay to escape the moody and rough waters of Georgian Bay. The highly prized properties reside off shore along the ridge-line which have a higher vantage point.
Today Mallory Beach is home to many festivals, community hikes and events. It's known for absolutely incredibly kayaking, boating and swimming in beautiful aqua blue waters of Georgian Bay. The community today is exclusive and not riddled by tourists, so privacy is abound and highly prized by the seasonal residents who leave the GTA to escape here each summer.
A walk down Mallory Beach Road at night to see the stars is an absolute must. Or, take one of two trailhead entrances to the Bruce Trail and enjoy the outstanding view of Colpoy's Bay.

Georgian Dream is a new build and is a family dream home. The ceilings are absolutely incredible, fully lit by LED multi-lighting systems, large windows, massive tree-line and ridge-line, the furniture , beds and bedding add a soft touch. A lot of natural elements are brought into the home and it is styled by renowned Milana O, who designs in '3s'. The main hall is a jaw-dropping 25ft long with 3 large and spacious bedrooms off the main hall, including a large 4-piece bath area.
The Great Room really shows of the incredible ridge-line with large windows and slider. Enjoy the fire-log wall and fireplace while being entertained by the large wall-mount TV.
