Kids will enjoy beach combing and exploring tidal pools full of starfish, hermit crabs, sea cucumbers and more! Large grassy lawns on 2 acre property great for kids. 5 minute drive to Poet's Cove Resort, with a full service spa, restaurants, pub, public swimming pool, playground. Rent a kayak or canoe on your own, or book a tour through Poet's Cove Marina. Beautiful Brooks Point Regional Park is just a short stroll along the beach, with some of the last remaining Garry Oak Meadow habitat in the Gulf Islands. It boasts views of Vancouver Island to the West, the San Juan Islands to the South and Mt. Baker to the East - a photographers dream!
