Backyard is fully fenced in for privacy with a stunning brand new hot tub, relaxing sun bed, cozy patio furniture, custom made out door propane fireplace, and gas BBQ. Brings relaxing/entertaining to a whole new level.

Across the street is Hampton Park Plaza grocery store, LCBO, cannabis shop, Rexall, subway, Dominos, barbershop and more. 5min walk to westboro Shopping district & fine dining, bicycle routes, historic Hampton park, beaches near by, less then a 10min drive/Uber to Lansdowne place & Downtown to explore historic sights or enjoy the vibrant night life. Everything is a short distance away from this location.

Upstairs unit of bungalow, backyard access (hot tub, fire table, outdoor furniture, BBQ) is shared space between guest and me.
Note: I live downstairs unit and use the backyard also. parking in the main driveway.

The house is split into two units with separate entrances. The upstairs is the Vacation rental unit and a basement apartment is owner occupied. The backyard is shared space between guests and myself.

Westboro neighbourhood is absolutely beautiful with all kinds of small business unique shops, restaurant, and style. Stunning beach and bike path alone the Ottawa river with live bands some evenings. Locals are very friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot in the city of ottawa to stay and live.
Getting around:
The House has easy access to Hiway 416 located approx 500 meters north of the Kirkwood ave & Carling ave intersection. Kirkwood ave and Carling ave intersection (2 min walk) has bus routes in every direction if you want to travel by bus, cabs/Ubers to Downtown or Landsdown Place are roughly $10-13 dollars ride. If you are active and bike, walk, roller blade ect. you can leave the house and get anywhere quickly. The location is absolutely perfect to travel from.
