This top floor ocean view retreat townhome has 2 bedrooms. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults + small children. There is smart TV's in each of the bedrooms. There is a beautiful fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. 2 full bathrooms. while the main bathroom has a stand up shower with seat. The other master bedroom bathroom has a stand up shower and toilet with a beautiful white barn style sliding door which has the jetted tub beside a cozy gas fireplace. Then into the master bedroom with open concept.
There are 2 sliding glass patio doors onto 2 separate balconies. One patio door is off the main bedroom and leads to the balcony overlooking the grand ocean views. There is 2 parking stalls designated for this unit. Both located directly out-front of the unit. Additional parking is available.
Beautiful evening sunsets and walk on ocean front beaches; The Club fee pays for the use of: Pacific Shores has an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor hot tub, kid's pool, GYM, 2 gas fire pits and a communal outdoor deck area. children's playground, Paddle board/ kayaks available in the summer months, Volleyball, bocce ball and pickle ball courts.
