This forgotten gem we bought in 2019. It was built 157 years ago by an old hand boat builder. In and outside loaded with character and charm.
2020 we opened the GREEN GABLES guesthouse with two separate unique apartments for guests on the second floor.
CAPTAIN´S CABIN is located on the 2nd floor and is a very spacious apartment. It has a living room, a bedroom with ensuite-bathroom and there is a small kitchen with double sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary things you need in a kitchen.
The unit is located on the second floor in the house and has its own lockable apartment entrance door.
We are a German couple and we live on the first floor.
A stone´s throw away from Peggy´s Cove, this location is perfect to explore Peggy’s Cove, the Lighthouse Route as well as the town of Halifax or enjoy a wonderful sunset on the spacious deck with ocean view and surrounded by nature.
