Positive: Loved the balcony area! So relaxing and pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we had a work issue, they were understanding and helped us out.

Negative: The chlorine smell in the room. The cheap interior fittings (i.e. flooring etc) and the lack of lighting on the lounge area.
