Welcome to our fabulous downtown Halifax apartment on Lower Water St! This beautiful top-floor corner suite is fully equipped for short-term (min 30 days) and long-term stays. Just outside your door is the Halifax Waterfront - the longest continuous boardwalk in North America and all of the downtown amenities you can imagine. Features one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. During your stay, enjoy your private balcony with beautiful waterfront views, a relaxing dip in the indoor pool or a pleasant stay in the sauna after a long day! You can’t get more downtown than this!
The space
A few important things to note. Firstly, no parking is included in the suite. However, paid parking is available within a few blocks' distances. There is some construction happening on the waterfront.
When entering the unit, you will see a short hallway with the kitchen to your left and the bathroom to your right. The bathroom has a shower-tub combo, sink and toilet. There is no formal dining space in the unit, but the eat-in kitchen has two bar stools on the living room side of the team for guests to sit. The living room has a TV, couch and chairs and access to the patio, which has seating for two with a little bistro table.
The bedroom is in the back right of the apartment, with a door closing it off from the kitchen. It is a Queen sized bed with a large dresser and closet for guests to use. The bedroom is open to the living room on one side, giving the apartment an open-concept vibe! Just so you know, the bedroom closet is unavailable to guests, but another closet in the suite is wide open for your use.
Just outside the unit in the hallway, a door to the balcony is shared with other tenants in the building. Guests can use that or your private in-unit balcony during their stay!
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire suite.
You will also have access to the swimming pool, gym, sauna and the shared balcony on the 7th floor - all of these spaces are shared with other tenants in the building.
Guests can also use the outdoor courtyard!
