2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Double Bedroom - sleeps 2 people in each room. Main 4 pc. bath on main level. Second 3 pc bath (showerr) on lower level.
The two Queen Bedrooms are equipped with a Smart T.V, free wifi, and a workstation with desk and chair. All rooms offer soft plush bathrobes.
The fully equipped, custom built kitchen offers granite counter tops, new appliances, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.
This property is ideally located for visiting professors, parents of students at the university or vacationers visiting the St. Jacob's Market. it's a 20 minute walk or 3 min. drive to the University of Waterloo. It's 3.8 km to St. .Jacob's Market St. Jacob's Playhouse and Outlet Mall.
Parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Free street parking is available by registering with the City of Waterloo overnight parking.

You can have a 12:30 p.m. checkout, if we authorize it for $25.00 extra, (single room rental) instead of the regular 11:00 a.m. check out. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day.
Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee.
