Parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Free street parking is available by registering with the City of Waterloo overnight parking.

You can have a 12:30 p.m. checkout, if we authorize it for $75.00 extra, (full house rental) instead of the regular 11:00 a.m. check out. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day.
Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee.
