Summary: We chose this hotel primarily because of the outdoor pool, as there isn’t much to do around the property. The price was competitive with other nearby hotels, and I had planned to spend both days by the pool while my child attended orientation. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was out of service and wouldn’t be repaired for several days. We were directed to use the pool at another Hilton nearby, which was inconvenient and not what we expected when booking. This significantly impacted our overall experience, especially since the pool was a key factor in choosing this hotel. However the staff was so welcoming, breakfast was great and room was cleaned
