- Please note this property is on a well, water may from time to time run discolored and this is absolutely normal and will not cause any harm to you
- Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, causing damage to the property and/or disturbance to residents and/or other guests, will be charged a fine of $500 plus any applicable cleaning fees, costs of any cancelled bookings and costs to replace damaged items.
- Please be aware this is a quiet neighborhood any noise complaints after 10pm will be asked to leave the property and be fined accordingly a minimum but not limited to $250.
- We do not fuel propane tanks for the BBQ, if guests would like to use the BBQ they would have to fuel the tanks at a gas station.
- For long-term bookings of 7 days or over, we charge a re-stock fee of $50 per trip for delivering supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and other guest amenities.
