When you step inside, you'll immediately see the A-Frame floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the water on Wren Lake. The light that pours in gives the main level living areas a bright and cheerful feel all year long. This modern updated getaway provides you ample space to relax around the fireplace or prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is located on the main floor which features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you'll find a sleeping loft equipped with four bunks, three are twin-sized beds and one is a full-size bunk. There is a ½ bath adjacent to the sleeping loft for your comfort.
One of the benefits of this waterfront getaway is the dock access to Wren Lake. You can sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of this wooded retreat overlooking the water any time of the day. Start with your morning coffee and end the day with your favorite glass of wine. It doesn't matter if you're on the dock, around the fire pit, or dining alfresco on the deck. PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
