Our home also has 2 full sparkling clean washrooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
✦ Complementary WiFi, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. Our loft offers easy walking distance to pretty much everything downtown, including the beautiful river valley! You are within walking distance to get to the majority of the city center and other areas in Edmonton with rail transit (LRT) access as well.

✦ Main Entrance to building is LOCKED between 9PM-7AM. You MUST check in outside these hours or pre-arrange with us by specifying in your initial booking message your check-in time. Same day bookings will not be guaranteed entry within these hours.
✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $250 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.
