Vacation in architectural monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. Car park: There is a covered car park right next to the house. The house is situated on a slope and can be reached via a gravelled path.
Public transport: The public transport connections are unfortunately not ideal. By train to Grengiols. The train station is a 15-minute walk from the village centre, then it's another 30-minute walk to Zenhäusern.
Number of persons 6+2: A baby cot (up to 2 years) is available. The house can accommodate six to eight guests (plus baby). The flat is on the 2nd floor. A door leads from the staircase into the entrance hall, from where the bathroom with bathtub/WC and a separate WC lead off to the left. To the right is a corridor. From there you enter the very cosy kitchen and opposite into a double bedroom. Straight ahead you enter the living room with a double bed. From the lounge you enter the third double bedroom. The flat has two additional beds on a sleeping platform, which is only accessible via a vertical ladder. The flat can be rented for six people, the additional beds on the sleeping platform are charged as over-occupancy and must be noted by the guest in advance.
Garden: The partly covered seating area is available to holiday guests.

Open: The house can be rented all year round. No short holidays except at Easter, Whitsun and Ascension.
