Positive: Beautiful house, fantastic location so close to the sea

Negative: Same as in previous reviews: kitchen is not very well equipped, there was no soap, sponge, cleaning cloth, kitchen towel, toilet paper or any other consumables. We had to buy everything ourselves. The staff at the gate in Portobello were very nice, but despite online check in the key was not on site at 16:00. When we decided to wait in the shade at the property we got a call from Interhome, telling us that we were trespassing and that we must leave the property immediately. Upon our comment that this was rather bad customer service, the person on the other end told me we should be grateful that the armed guards of Portobello do not shoot at us. Needless to say, this was the most unpleasant welcome to a holiday property I have ever had.

Summary: Lovely house, lovely location, but we will not stay there again
