This 51sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house. The three beds are a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa in the living room. For your comfort, a satellite TV is available.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a holiday in Xanten: a hob with ceramic hob and oven and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine, a toaster and a fridge. In fine weather you can enjoy your afternoon coffee on the small south-facing balcony.
As an extra we offer our guests two adult bicycles, as well as a children's and youth bike. You are welcome to round off the evening on the on-site barbecue area.
You will find us in the north of the spa and Roman town of Xanten in the district of Vynen (pronounced: Finns), about 6km from the city center with its many attractions and historic buildings and the excavation sites of the Archaeological Park.
In about 1km distance you will find a bakery, the hairdresser and a Chinese restaurant and a restaurant with home-style cuisine. Further shopping can be easily reached in a few minutes by car.
