Summary: I appreciated the kindness of both of the staff members I dealt with. They went out of their way to be caring and kind. Both the check in and check out experience was magnificent. I commend your hotel for hiring them. The beds were cozy, and the coffee was terrific. It was a cold day, so hot coffee was great. Did not have the same experience with the tru location, so id choose this locatiin over the other next time
