Positive: Staff is extremely friendly, the lady on Reception was helpful through all our stay and created great impression of hospitality, empathy and client orientation. Location is good enough since there are Ski buses 4-5 min walk from hotel to the many different directions but obviously it's not skii to hotel option. SPA is great and functional. Awesome experience after full day of skiing.

Negative: The temperature in the hotel and heating system was a bit cold, breakfast were super basic, without any hot meals and diversity. The price (450 eur per day for 3 people standard room with breakfast) is a bit higher than I expect to see for such location (not on the slope) and breakfast. SPA is operating till 7 PM what is a bit early to close the SPA. I would like to see it opened at least till 9 PM.
