Summary: The house is charming, spacious, and comfortable; it was perfect for our family of seven adults. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped for our needs, including cooking dinner most nights of the week we were there. But even better than the house were our hostesses, Veronique and Anne. They were beyond gracious. We had quite a few travel problems but Veronique was at the house when we arrived and her daughter Anne came soon after. They were able to take care of our rental car problem, taking my husband to rent a car on a Sunday evening because of their personal connections with the garage owner! They showed us where a market was and even took us to a local restaurant so we could get some dinner and introduced us to the proprietor. As amazing as Normandy and its history was, the best part was our wonderful hostesses! I wish I could write this all in French so they will know how grateful we are but my French is limited. I hope someone will make sure they know the content of this review. We could not be happier with the house and with them as our vacation angels! Sincerely, Dr. Kristi S. Fowler
