Wonderful ocean view from every room! Great front room with leisurely couches, 24' high ceilings and 12' wide sliding glass doors opening to terrace. Cosy alternate seating area with leather couch and Lazy-Boy contemporary recliners around wood burning fireplace. Separate TV room with comfortable seating, wide screen plasma TV, satellite reception and home theatre system. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, side by side fridge & freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, wall built-in convection (Bosch) and microwave ovens, countertop gas cooking surface, large work island with double sink and ocean view while preparing meals! Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Large walk-in shower on the main level with four jets, handheld wand and overhead water.
