Pool available seasonally and can be heated for an additional $150/night (must be on for entire stay, 3 day min).
For large groups, please note there is 2 bedrooms located on the main level, 2 are downstairs rest are located upstairs.
House is private and yours to enjoy.

unauthorized event, party, or gathering takes place, the reservation will be immediately canceled without any refunds.
Pool
As an option for consideration, we can arrange for pool heating for $150/day. If proceeding with this option, we require the heat to be turned on for the entire duration of your trip. Please let us know 3 days prior to your reservation date so we can arrange for the heat to be turned on. Kindly note the pool requires 24-48 hours to heat up, as it’s a large body of water. The hot tub will always be heated and that is included with your reservation. Pool closed for winters.
No drinking anywhere near the pool or hot tub. Pool usage is at your own risk and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.
