Summary: Our group was a big family of 12 people. Ages from 11 to 82. Having been the organiser for the holiday I was slightly worried it won't fit us all.. but it did! The house accommodated us all very well. It was like stepping into a habitable house full of character and charm. The beds are comfy and wide. The rooms are actually much bigger then they seem in the photos. The outdoor spaces were a joy to explore. It was so peaceful stepping outside the bedroom balcony and hearing the river flow below and seeing the mountains covered with trees in the distance. (we don't have rivers and mountains in Gozo!) The garden was very popular with the children. The young ones played on the swings and badminton while the older ones prepared the campfire. It was the first time in Austria for most of us. We rented a van and visited Mariazell, Prater, Linz, Vienna and a pretty little waterfall just a few minutes by car and 20mins walk away from the house. It was a truly idillic holiday. I'm sure this house is great during the skiing season, but it is also ideal during the spring. The hosts Hanni and Hans were very welcoming full of smiles and helpful local knowledge. They were there when we arrived and returned to see us leave. Highly recommended. Michael
