Relax and play with your family and friends at our peaceful country villa. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, game room and heated indoor pool and infrared sauna. A perfect retreat for your extended stay. Located on 2 acres of private and rural luxury but only minutes to hwy 7 at Upper Dwyer Hill. A 15 min drive to either Carleton Place, Stittsville or Kanata and a 10 min drive to Canadian Tire Center.
The space
Open concept kitchen and bar area offering plenty of storage space, extra large island and a custom bar for entertaining.
The dining area offers 3 large solid wood with seating for 8 people each, an electric fireplace as well a large TV. The dining area can also be a conference room.
Upstairs we have a large primary bedroom offering a beautiful king size bed, walk-in closet and beautiful private ensuite bathroom offering double shower, soaker tub and double vanity sink.
Two extra bedrooms in the second level, one offering 1 king size bed and the other offering 3 single beds having the option to put 2 single together to create a short king and a shared large bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet and large vanity.
Extra large main level family room overlooks the pool and has plenty of seating for the whole family.
Extra bedroom off the living room offers Three XL single over Queen bunk beds making this room a perfect place for young or older couples, and kids or single adults.
The pool area is fully enclosed offering plenty of space around to relax and enjoy water games (basketball hoop or vball net), swimming and music. Pool is heated to 87C and pool room is also heated. All controlled by state of the art heating and dehumidifying system.
Outdoors we have a very large fenced yard, youth soccer nets, volleyball court, basketball hoop and plenty of space to enjoy with family and friends.
Other things to note
Video and audio recording on and recording outside at the front of the house over the garage doors and at the front door. Also video and audio recording on and recording in the pool building with a view of the entire indoor pool area. Absolutely no video or audio recording devices inside the rest of the house.
