Located just 10 mins from Hillman Marsh, 15 mins from Wheatley Provincial Park, 10 mins from Point Pelee and downtown Leamington. Public boat launch and beach nearby. Large back yard has 3 decks & a patio and includes a propane BBQ and a fire pit.
Open concept floor plan has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living room, full kitchen and dining area. Lake house can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Sit and relax outside on one of the 4 decks/patio. Dinner can be made in our full kitchen or on one of the 2 BBQ's located on the kitchen deck. Board games are left for you to enjoy at the games table in the living room.
