Judique is on the cozy and lovely Ceilidh Trail which 50 miles down the same road (in Margaree) turns into the world-famous Cabot Trail.
Judique was founded by Scottish settlers in 1775 and is noted for large families, famously brave soldiers, (see the cenotaph in front of the church), world-class fiddlers (Buddy & Natalie MacMaster, and many more), and a long tradition of excellent hockey players.
