This is a great one bedroom + loft family home with a designated boat slip dock. An RV Pad (with water and septic hook up) can also be rented for extra.The lake is great for swimming, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Marina, Hiking Trails, Pickleball/Basketball Court, Private Fire Pit, Boat Parking, Community Storage. We now have kayaks available for guest use. The Total Property Size Is 147 Acres! Enjoy having a BBQ up on the deck.
The house has a kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils, and a comfortable living room with a great view of the lake. A lake-view patio is also waiting for you. There is one bedroom downstairs with Queen bed. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds but can pull out to be king sized beds and In the living room, you will find a pull out double bed for your guests. Absolutely no sub lease/rentals allowed. If you can't quite get away from it all we have wifi. There are also plenty of books, games, puzzles and DVDs for guest use.
