The whole top floor is available to our guests & furry friends are welcome however we always like the heads up! (2x stair entry to the upstairs stone steps & wood.), 32 steps total.
it includes 1 private balcony & 2 private patios, one below and one up top.
Help yourself to the raspberry bush & chives just outside the front door! (In the Summers)
The BBQ located on the way up to the upstairs and is SHARED.
The washer & dryer is located downstairs that is also SHARED, but available at the guests convenience, just message us.
In the winters we will maintain the snow plowing (driveway & stairs, we do recommend 4x4 / AWD for the driveway but FWD will make it up too), the stairs will be salted regularly however there will be extra snow shovels left out if you feel the need to plow or if we are not home.
