On the second floor of a beautiful old building without elevator, the apartment features a large living room tastefully decorated and furnished, with a fully equipped open kitchen.

The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, each with independent access via magnificent steel staircases.
Each room has its own bathroom, plenty of storage space and a TV.
If you love art, you're in for a treat. The artist Nicolas Perrot has expressed himself through several paintings in the apartment, giving a very artistic atmosphere to the place.

- La Galerie is managed by Cocoonr Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, its operation and hand over the keys.
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
