Summary: This was a nice hotel, ok breakfast buffet, easy check in but room cleaning was horrible. Hotel’s policy was that they will clean room and towels everyday and change bedding every 3rd day. Yes we got clean towels everyday but they didn’t clean the room at all. We were there for 9 days and finally on the 8th day they changed bedding. They said there was a charge for asking for extra towels. You basically have to buy your own supplies from tissue paper, paper towels hand soap, dish soap. Their reasoning for not being able to clean room was that they were busy due to tour buses coming with alot of people but we paid for our stay and should receive our full accommodation regardless of the circumstances .
