Huge 1,000 sf deck, 6 hole putting green, large sandy beach. Deck by the beach with roof, bar, bar fridge, outdoor speakers. Long dock with swim ladder. Fire pit area, volleyball/badminton area, horse shoes. Use of non motorized boats. 4 full bedrooms: 3Queens, 2 bunk beds (doubles below and singles above), and a loft. Large kitchen and family room.
