Cottage has full access to beach that is on property, has a spot for your boat, on the dock located right on the property. House is located in a marina, so very protected from wind and waves. Perfect spot to get your swimming training in. Also great for kids. Just a reminder though that our house is on lake Koocanusa, water levels fluctuate throughout the year. Dock is useable from middle to end of June to December. Great for fishing in the fall, and it’s super quiet here. Park your fishing boat right on dock.
