Looking south onto beautiful Lake of the Woods this upscale 5000 sq. Ft. Summer home is available for limited weeks of summer rental. All cedar construction, 6 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 screened porches and a deck all around the cottage. Five of the bedrooms have a view of the lake as does the dining area and the great room which is 30x60 feet with glass on both ends. Swim or fish directly off the dock. Modern kitchen with all usual appliances. Road access.( Road access is temporally not available due to closure of road by local First Nation - hopefully will change soon) Telephone. A hide away from life's stresses.
There is a canoe available for guest use.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 33 days of departure.
Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Many beaches are available within a 1 minute boat ride. Not accessible by car, as these beaches would be on the various islands in the lake. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat, or boat rentals are available. Arrangements can be made for a small fishing boat and details can be discussed with Owner.
