The house was completed in 2020 and the shoreline and natural stone steps leading to the lake were professionally designed and implemented in May 2021. You'd be enjoying approx. 350 feet of private shoreline where some amazing sunrise/sunsets can be experienced. Short drives to Presquile & Sandbanks National Parks, Cobourg, Brighton, Campellford, Prince Edward County, Trenton/Belleville, famous St. Anne Spa, Big Apple, and plenty of antque stores.
