Summary: Just as advertised. Small, but quaint, clean and in a great location for us. It was very quiet, and enjoyed watching the ducks and deer from the back porch. The only downside were all the hundreds of gnats that made their way into the condo upon entering the main door at night. The porch light was horribly loaded with them. Would stay again.
