Lakefront cottage with South-West exposure and minutes away from the West Gate of Algonquin Park, Ontario (free Park pass to Algonquin included). Sandy beach with dock and a floating dock. Excellent fishing!! Hiking trails within walking distance or take to the lake and paddle a canoe or kayak (included) to Ragged Falls - a wonderful half-day adventure. Paddle boat, stand up paddle boards included. After a day outside you can relax in our outdoor wood burning hot tub and sauna/steam barrels.

The cottage has a separate washroom with outdoor shower.
2 double futons in one room with TV plus 2 single pull outs in living room with wood stove.
Guests have access to the following (the outdoor space is shared with the cottage next door - if rented), the property is 2.6 acres and has 700 ft of waterfront at 180 degrees on a point:

Grandview Golf Club and Deerhust in Huntsville only 15 minutes away.
Next door is a local store for ice cream and snacks. LCBO and Dwight market only 5 minutes away with butcher and fresh fruit/vegetables.
You can rent bicycles from Lake of Two Rivers; following the Old Railway Bike Trail which is 16km.
Must sign rental agreement. $500 security deposit.
For large groups/families there is another cottage for rent on the property.
Please return cottage in original condition - cleaned.
Remove all garbage/recycling with you or to garbage dump, 3 minutes away.
Do not drink water.
