Lakefront in the mountains with outstanding views. It is a pleasant walk to downtown, shopping, restaurants, pubs, spas, Kinsmen Beach, tennis courts and, of course, your private beachfront in a small exclusive townhouse complex with a rooftop deck, a choice to hang out on the lawn or sandy beach.
There is a boat launch adjacent to the property. This property is self-contained, so there are no common hallways. New combed sand is added every spring for your children to play in. ( no pets are allowed on the beach). We provide High-speed internet and an Apple smart TV. Air conditioning was added in spring 2023. The kitchen was renovated in fall 2023. Bayshore condo is a lovely resort-like small complex in the established residential area of Invermere. There are tennis courts, and we supply rackets, floatation devices, and two bikes suitable for teens or small adults. Storage for your bike is available.
It is on the lake in gorgeous Invermere, in the Rockies, B.C. It is just a 3-hour pleasant drive from Calgary or about 1.5 hours from Banff. Twenty minutes to Panorama Ski Hill, 15 minutes to Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs, Legacy Trail is a 20 + km designated Bike trail through the forest 5 minutes from the door that goes all the way to Fairmont. E-bike rentals and bike storage are available.
Enjoy the beachfront lawn, sand, swimming, diving platform, and clean mountain water. Or, if you prefer, lounge on the PRIVATE rooftop deck with stunning panoramic mountain and lake views.
Downtown Invermere is a short walk where you will find quaint, friendly shops, spas, a gym and Yoga classes with drop-in rates. Detox from the city and busy life here. You can park your car and not drive for a week!
The owner takes pride in every detail. The bedding is luxurious, and the art and Western rustic décor is aimed at helping you relax and get in the zone of the laid-back lifestyle of this quaint, small town. The kitchen was renovated in winter 2023 pictures to follow.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a full dining room table with seating for six and five beds. The layout is the living room, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and two decks. Watch the west sunset in the mountains as you BBQ on the west deck. This is a truly unique, friendly, peaceful place.
Check out spring and winter with affordable off-season weekly and monthly rates! (booked for the next three years from mid-January to mid-April) All seasons have breathtaking nature and are extremely quiet and peaceful.
Please note there are stairs in this property both inside the 2-storey condo and to the lake.
