Owner-operated 2014 Pulte 4/2.5 home with modern style on the inside and classic Santa Fe on the outside. House is fully furnished and has a tankless water heater that allows unlimited guests to shower in the master and guest bathrooms.
We are now fully powered by solar energy. We are still on the grid, but the current monthly production is greater than consumption.

This house is right across the street from a park and is just a few blocks from the Bypass, so you can get from one end of town to the other quickly.
