The home is not far from access to ocean front boat launches, whale watching tours, mountain biking trails, and a short drive up the Malahat to the Garden City of Victoria. Hop on the Mill Bay ferry (20 min boatride) for a picturesque trip over to Brentwood Bay which is 15-20 min to the serene town of Sydney, the airport, or the Swartz Bay ferry terminal.
