Ideally located on a lane with just 5 other homes, surrounded by tress and backing on to your own private lake front. Come enjoy family vacations or friends gateway, I promise it’s perfect.
The Bay of Quinte is famous for it's world class fishing. The county has almost 40 wineries and many new breweries to choose from popping up all the time. We are less than a 5 min drive to Three Dog Winery and about 20 mins downtown Picton. In the summer take a drive down to an old fashion drive-in, they show all the latest. Or spend the day shopping and eating in Wellington. There is always something fantastic happening in PEC!
The Bay is great for ice fishing. We have plenty of space to park your truck so you can feel free to bring ALL your gear.
