An ideal for family & friends retreat, couple romantic getaway or a place to work in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood.It’s a 1.5 story home with 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms & an outside guest house with one queen bed and 2 single bed .
FREE indoor parking in the garage for 2 small cars & 4 cars on the drive way

We’ve got the most alluring and cozy living room along with a working space which is perfect for you if you are on your business trip and need to relax, 55 inch tv, Free wifi, Netflix.

Cozy & Comfortable queen size bed on the main floor. Table Lamp with Built-in Dual USB Ports, a chair and mirror, flat iron, steamer, Hangers.
- BATHROOM
Main bathroom is on the main floor and it’s fully equipped with luxurious white hotel cotton bath towels that are 35" by 70", make up remover towels and Wipes, hair dryer, shampoo + Conditioner + Body wash and Lotion.
- DINNING ROOM ( seating for 6 people)
A fully equipped coffee bar shop. We provide; Sugar, Sweetener, Grounded coffee
Caps coffee, Chocolate milk mix, Nescafe French vanilla.

CLEANING & SUPPLIES
Le Chalet is 100% clean and follows Airbnb cleaning guidelines. We thoroughly sanitize and deep clean our home between guests. We provide disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, hand soap and hand lotion.
Also as a side note, you know we are in a pandemic, which means that you are booking at your own risk. Please check our cancellation policy for more details because there will be no exceptions.
Important House rule
- Minimum booking age 25
-No excessive noise past 11pm.
-Visiting guests must be off the property by 11pm.
- No smoking or vaping permitted inside the house.
- Visitors or overnight guests in addition to confirmed guests as per booking must obtain prior approval from host. Unapproved guests or visitors will be charged $100 per guest, per night. To be confirmed by outdoor security cameras.
- No outside shoes inside the house.
( we provide Indoor shoes)
- For any towels you stain, additional charges will apply.
-The modem ( router ) shouldn’t be unplugged. As well as exterior Security camera are at the property for guests & host safety and shouldn’t be turned off by guests at any point during the stay.
NOTE:
We charge $100/extra guest. If you book Le Chalet for 9 people. We expect 9 people staying at the property. Should we find out that there are more than 9 people staying at the house ( to be confirmed by outdoor cameras), you will be charged $100/ extra guest per night .There will be no exception.
After booking, guests must provide full names of everyone that will be staying at the house. This is for security reasons and incase of an emergency.
