The Ouvéa Room: 1 bed measuring 140x90<br>The Oyats Room: 2 twin beds measuring 80x200 and a crib. A large bathroom with a bathtub. Separate toilet.<br>La Pagnote, on the other side of the courtyard:<br>One bedroom with a 140x90 bed, featuring a private shower room and separate toilet. One bedroom with two 90x190 beds.<br>Behind the house, a private, enclosed courtyard with no overlooking neighbors, featuring a canopy, built-in BBQ, and patio furniture.<br>In front of the house, private parking for 2 vehicles<br>. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.<br><br>The house is smoke-free!<br>Le Clos Joli is a 3-star furnished vacation rental<br>FOR YOUR COMFORT:<br>Linens are available as an option for a flat fee of €200 for the full set of sheets; there is also an option for €150 for cleaning to ensure your hygiene. Duvets, pillowcases, and disposable mattress protectors are provided free of charge <br>. A baby kit (crib, bathtub) is available. Vacation vouchers accepted.<br>Fiber-optic Wi-Fi has just been installed.
