Positive: The room was clean for fair price.

Negative: The self check in service was stressful at 1 o’clock in the morning when we arrived. We never used the system like this, and we were concerned that something could go wrong, which it did. We even called hours before to confirm the process. We use the help phone to call for service, but no one answered. We were going to sleep in the car in front of our hotel room because we couldn’t get access to the key, There was no reservation held for us under our name. After a while. after reviewing the email reservation, we discovered someone in the office, spelled our name incorrectly in the system, so we found our reservations under the incorrect spelling of her name. Stupid mistake that created stressful night.

Summary: Other than the self check-in and nobody answering the help deck phone fiasco. It was an affordable .
