The Space:
Your arrival at the chalet will be through the garden level, featuring a large entrance and a spacious mudroom.
The garden level includes a first living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with four single beds (2 bunk beds), and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The upper floor, offers a fully equipped kitchen (with raclette and fondue sets), a dining nook with a banquette, a coffee and bar area, a living room with a 75" TV and a 60" gas fireplace, a dining room perfect for gathering around a fondue, and a partially covered terrace. The terrace has a sunny area for lounging on deck chairs and a covered space for outdoor dining and cooking, featuring a BBQ, a mini fridge, and a TV. This floor also includes a fully equipped laundry room, a powder room, and a home office with Wi-Fi (keyboard, mouse, and two additional monitors).
Also on the upper floor, in a separate section, are 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and TVs, while the third has a king bed and TV. All three bathrooms feature a shower.
The backyard boasts a beach volleyball court, 2 washer toss games, a hot tub, a sauna, a fire pit, lounge chairs, and a sand playground for children. Please bring your own outdoor towels.
A 24 x 32 garage includes a workbench, pool table, ping-pong table, dartboard, washer toss games and can store your snowmobiles in winter and ATVs in summer.
