Summary: Great location in Old Quebec City. Very clean. A few disappoints include an additional charge for housekeeping, not enough towels for entire stay without doing our own laundry (no laundry detergent provided), no coffee or coffee filters provided and no paper towels provided. Overall a good stay, just wish those things were a little clearer when booking. And keep in mind if you arrive in town before the 4pm check in there is no reception so the only option you have is to leave your luggage across town at an affiliate hotel until check in time. Our flight arrived mid-morning so it was a little frustrating having to juggle luggage all over town before check-in.
