Said to be named after Mile End in East London, UK (unconfirmed), this artsy and multicultural (Hasidic, Greek, Portuguese communities, as well as others) neighbourhood is a favourite among locals. Known has Saint-Louis in the late 19th-century, Mile End was annexed into the growing city of Montréal in 1909. Over the years the neighbourhood has been home to several famous Canadians, including Mordecai Richler, Arcade Fire, Bran Van 3000 and more! Today, Mile End is known for its houses with their long dashing wrought iron stairs, shopping and food scene.

- All bookings require a security deposit of $250. You will not be charged for this in advance.
- Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to purchase late check out after booking @ CAD 15/hr. This is required since we need to send an extra cleaner to get the apartment ready for the next guest faster.
- If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged the security deposit in full. Unexpected late checkouts cause serious complications to our cleaning schedule and being able to accommodate the next guests.
- We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the apartment, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances; guests breaking this rule will be charged the security deposit in full.
- Pets are not allowed, unfortunately, no exceptions can be made for this
- Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. If we receive complaints from neighbours, the security deposit will be charged in full and you will be asked to leave if we receive a second complaint.
- Guests are not allowed to book a stay in their city of residence.
- Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
- If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.
- If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
