This builder owned property is not your standard basement apartment. It is extremely well insulated to guarantee a dry and warm space in the winter months and a cool, dry, fully air conditioned space during the summer months. The added bonus of 8 ft. ceilings and large windows make this cozy space bright and comfortable. The Apartment has an entrance directly from the outside of the house for full privacy.
The Apartment is immaculately maintained with newer furnishings and accessories. You are sure to have a great nights sleep in the new Queen Sleigh Bed in the Master Bedroom with new mattress, linens and pillows. There is a very large closet for all your personal belongings. The 2nd Bedroom is an open concept Bedroom/Sitting area with new Queen Sleigh Bed, new mattress, linens and pillows, small sofa, TV with Netflix and DVD Player with a great choice of movies to choose from. There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glassware, toaster, microwave, blender, electric tea kettle, drip coffee maker and filters, salt/pepper/sugar and hand towels. There is a dining area with table for four that is expandable for those that may require additional workspace. There is a full bath with single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Tenants will enjoy access to the beautiful sun filled yard with their own designated area that includes a round picnic table, electric barbecue, and comfortable lounger. There is outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles and the garage is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, accessories and a wagon to make your stroll to the beach easy. Fishermen will have access to the garage for their fishing equipment and to unwind with the Ethanol Fireplace. The garage is not available for vehicular use.
This Town Licensed Property guarantees Fire Safety to you and your family and being a newer home it is completely mould and mildew free, dry and comfortable.
